Event Description
Now in its fifth year, Trinidad and Tobago's Annual National Health Research Conference (NHRC) provides a forum where local research findings are shared with stakeholders to facilitate uptake and use in decision-making to address the country’s health priorities.
This year's Conference will feature 85 research papers (oral and poster presentations) on Infectious Diseases, Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases, Clinical/Laboratory Studies, and more. The NHRC is attended by policymakers, researchers, health, and allied health professionals (physicians, nurses, psychologists, laboratory technicians, etc.) and other public health officers. The theme of the 2024 NHRC is ‘Digital Health Transformation: Leveraging Technology for Better Care’.
